Shipping Policy
We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days! We're just two people; please be patient with our workload. If you're in the US and your order totals $35 or more, you can get free shipping! Orders ship from Albuquerque, NM.

TNET believes in reusing, reducing, and recycling whenever possible. For orders that come in boxes, we default to using reused shipping materials. When you've received your order, please save the included shipping materials to re-reuse for any purpose you'd like! We keep our packaging discreet, so the only thing of ours you'll see on the shipping label is "TNET LLC" and our address.
Return & Exchange Policy
Currently, we don't do returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you're having problems with your order, though, please email us!
